By downloading, installing, or using Sublist ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Sublist is an iOS application that allows users to view, track, and manage their personal subscriptions. The App provides tools to organize subscription information, set renewal reminders, and visualize spending. Sublist is designed as a personal organization tool and does not connect to or manage your actual subscription accounts.

3. User Responsibilities

When using Sublist, you agree to:

• Provide accurate subscription information for your own records
• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not use the App to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Maintain the security of your device and any data stored within the App

4. Accuracy of Information

Sublist relies on information you manually enter. We do not guarantee the accuracy of subscription costs, renewal dates, or other details you input. You are responsible for keeping your subscription information up to date. The App is intended as a personal tracking tool and should not be relied upon as the sole source of truth for billing or payment information.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App's source code
• Use our trademarks or branding without permission
• Create derivative works based on the App

6. Third-Party Content

Sublist may display logos or icons of subscription services for identification purposes. These logos are the property of their respective owners and are used for informational purposes only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any subscription service whose logo may appear in the App.

7. Disclaimers

7.1 No Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, MISSED PAYMENTS, OR SUBSCRIPTION LAPSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

8. In-App Purchases

Sublist may offer premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refund requests should be directed to Apple. Prices are subject to change, and we will notify users of any pricing changes in advance.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, all locally stored data will remain on your device until you delete the App.

10. Updates and Modifications

We may release updates to the App to improve functionality, fix bugs, or add new features. Some updates may be required to continue using the App. We are not obligated to provide updates or maintain backward compatibility with older versions of iOS.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
